The Silverhawks are now accepting sign ups for tryouts for the 2013 season. The tryout dates and locations will be announced shortly.
The Silverhawks are currently looking for players to join their 12U, 13U, 14U, 15U, 16U, 17U, and 18U teams for the 2013 Season. Fall baseball wil begin around October of 2012, and winter training for the summer season will begin at the end of 2012.

The 12U played a doubleheader last Saturday against JM Force winning the first game 14-3 and the second 7-1.

The 12U team won one game out of the two double headers they had this weekend against the Noreasters and the Stampede, which leaves their weekend record to 1-3.
Miracle on Friday the 13th

Greg Dougherty on 15U Black plays high school baseball for Masconomet High JV. On Friday April 13th Masconomet high played against Triton. By the end of the seventh inning the game was tied 8-8 and went to extra innings. Greg had a couple of hits and RBI’s wearing the helmet from his high school. Bottom of the 8th, score still tied and Greg is heading on deck. He stops, goes to his bat bag and pulls out his Silverhawks batting helmet.
